What to Bring with You
Please assist us by bringing a few things with you to your first visit to our office. If you have orthodontic insurance, we ask that you bring your insurance card. By bringing this card with you, we’ll be able to make an estimate of your costs. Also, if you’ve had any panoramic X-rays taken in the past six months, we ask that you bring those as well. If you’d like to save some time on the day of your appointment, you can fill out our new patient form prior to your appointment and bring it with you when you visit us.
Our Orthodontics Examination
During your initial orthodontic exam with Dr. Starnes, we want you to feel free to ask us any questions that you may have. We’ll be glad to address your concerns and cover all the basics of orthodontic treatment, including:
